DO I HAVE TO HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER ?
NO , you do not need to have a PayPal account to make a purchase. Paypal is just the method I use to accept payments. Once you have reached the "payment" portion of the order, the site will ask you to either log into your account or enter your card information.
WHERE IS MY ORDER ?
You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched from our location which will contain your USPS Tracking Number. Please keep in mind that it may take USPS up to 48 business hours to provide tracking updates. If you see a "not found/error" message when attempting to track your package, please allow 48 business hours for an update to be shown.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

QueenBlondee.com understands that ordering online is not always an easy task. We want to make your online shopping experience as easy as possible. We are happy to exchange your item(s) for store credit or for another available item of equal value.
EXCHANGE REQUIREMENTS :
Customer must submit a "Return Request" via the CONTACT portion of the website to advise us of intent to return an item for exchange or merchandise credit within 5 days of receiving merchandise.
Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, soiled, and clothing tags must still be intact. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale.
All items are returned to Queen Blondee at the expense of the customer. Please be sure to include a note inside the return package with your name, order number, and what you wish to receive in exchange for the enclosed item.
A tracking number for the returned package must be obtained by the customer in case the package is lost on its way back to Queen Blondee. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your exchange.
